Toby Box – FTTh
Boundary Box
The Toby Box FTTx is a small boundary hand hole used at customer/subscriber terminations points, off the distribution route. It offers a secure and sealed environment to house customer drop points, ready for house connection once a customer has been converted.
At 275mm depth the Toby Box is compact and robust with a 5kN top load and complies with BS5834-2, Grade C2H and is IP4x rated. It is suitable for installation in non-trafficked areas.
The Toby Box is designed for use with either traditional 54mm, 63mm ducts or microducts with connection points on both the ‘network’ side and ‘customer’ side. It features a swept base for safe routing of microducts and/or cable.
The Toby Box lid is lockable and detectable and is also available with custom operator branding.
